My goal for this summer. I’ve been slacking in the gym and on my nutrition lately but no more. I will be the most complete fighter in the world….okay maybe not a “fighter”…but I will be ripped as FUCK for beach season.


1. Get back into Capoeira and Boxing
2. Learn to cook so I can get none processed nutrition
3. Go back to doing compound workouts (bench press, Deadlifts, etc)
4. Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night
5. Drink more water
6. take a Multi-Vitamin I can actually stomach
7. Do Yoga (I stretch work)
8. Work harder in the gym (if you don’t sweat, you ain’t done yet)
9. Stay motivated (take monthly pictures, track results,)
10. Don’t get too obsessed.
